Add Project to Azure DevOps Repo

Open project in Visual Studio 2019 Community
Click 'Add to Source Control' at bottom right.
Select 'Git'

Click on 'Publish Git Repo' button under 'Push to Azure DevOps Services'


Select Microsoft Account, Organization and give your repository a name (preferably the same name as the Project)
Click the 'Publish Repository' button.
