Prerequisites
Registered Domain in Route53.
Organizations
Navigate to WorkMail > Add organization > Quick setup

Specify the name of your organization. Use the same name as your Domain Name (all small caps) |
Click on 'Create' and wait for you organization to be created.
Click on the Alias name of your organization.
Click on Domains > Add domain.

All your registered domains will be listed when clicking on the Domain name input. Select your Domain. |
Click 'Add domain'.
You will be redirected to 'Automatic domain configuration' page.
Click on 'Configure automatically'
AWS will display all the DNS records that will be added automatically.
Click on 'Add all records'
It can take up to 72 hours for the domain to be verified.
You will receive an email when the domain is successfully verified.
Users
Navigate to WorkMail > Select your Organization > Create user

First name of your employees. Leave blank for Admin users. |

The name by which the user is presented in the system. Admin users - Admin - NoReply Employees - John Doe |

Accessing WorkMail webmail
Browser
Navigate to WorkMail > Select your Organization > Organization settings > General Tab.
Your url to access your webmail will be next to 'Web Application'.
Setup WorkMail on your Phone (iOS)
- On your iOS device, choose Settings.
- Scroll down to Passwords & Accounts.
- Choose Add Account, then choose Exchange or Microsoft Exchange.
- Enter your Amazon WorkMail email address and a description for the account. Choose Next, Sign in, and enter the password associated with your email address.

- Deselect Contacts, Calendars, Reminders and Notes and click 'Save'
